I am starting to have consistent issues with saved device schedules, timers, etc not working. I run updates, have worked through standard troubleshooting and nothing is helping. I pay money for smart devices to help me, and hopefully save costs in other ways like electricity, and now I can't rely on the app to do what it is designed to do. Very disappointing.

I'm finding it very difficult to think of a another product that I have owned that is as unreliable as these smart plugs and the app have been. Until recently at least I could use the Tuya app to connect the Arlec Grid Connect sockets because the Grid app was unusable, but now it doesn't matter what I use and how I try, the sockets will not connect, so regrettably I'm going to dump them and purchase a more reliable product.

I bought the Arlec Panel heater and since downloading this app, to be fair, I haven't had any issues with it. The issue I am having however is with the timer and the heater turning on in the early hours to heat the bedroom before getting up. I can turn the display off while the heater is on, but when it turns on based off the timer, it's like a disco. It beeps loudly and the display lights up the room. Surely a setting can be added to the app to turn on without the display and sound activating.
