After working fine for a year or so, my camera disappeared from the app. And even though it's fully charged and I'm following the instructions carefully it will not connect. Also, in the list of available cameras to add manually, my model is no longer listed and if I try a similar model it won't connect either. This is worse than useless because it gaslights you into thinking you might be doing something wrong, so you waste frustrated hours of your time trying to make it work.

It's been pretty annoying recently that the grouping feature has entirely broken, My light in my bedroom has 3 bulbs and the light switch for my room is on the wall in the hallway outside my room so it's more convenient to use my phone, just a little annoying I now have to hit three separate buttons instead of the one I was able to do previously. I hope this can be fixed soon as I can't stop using these lights if I don't want to leave my room to turn the light on or off.

I am starting to have consistent issues with saved device schedules, timers, etc not working. I run updates, have worked through standard troubleshooting and nothing is helping. I pay money for smart devices to help me, and hopefully save costs in other ways like electricity, and now I can't rely on the app to do what it is designed to do. Very disappointing.
