We are so frustrated with this app. The original was clear and concise. Now they've made it convoluted and non- intuitive, making it difficult to find what you need. The new mode of showing the video sucks, too. The video does a quick pan back and forth, *then* starts playing. It actually makes you feel ill briefly. We've had Arlo cameras for several years now, but are rethinking it because they're making things far too complicated for what is needed.

Do not like the new update interface! It worked so easily before, I preferred it over my Ring doorbell, but now find myself not even wanting to open it and wade through the different screens to get to what I want. Even the simple things that were on the viewing screen such as turning it off when you needed to has been complicated, not to mention trying to delete videos you don't want to keep. It wasn't broke, why did you fix it?? I have older cameras, so guess it's time to find something else.

It's been hit and miss for a few years, mostly being a miss. When these stop working, I will be opting for a more reliable brand. With this flashy new "upgrade," I find that I have to click more between screens to do what I want. The older version, I clicked less. Also, when I click on a video in the "feed," it brings up a different one. Horrible update!!!! MANY flaws! The previous methods were FAR more efficient and easier to use. AVOID ARLO.
