Used to be great... Arlo used to be great. I even recommended the system to quite a few friends. However, in the last year or so, it has gone down hill FAST. Cameras no longer stay connected, "live" video takes forever to load (when it even does), night vision doesn't switch on/off correctly, constantly getting logged out. It's to the point where I'm ready to switch to a different video monitoring system.

UPDATE (11/16/22): After uninstalling and reinstalling, the log-in issues went away. Still having issues with playback. This is when I click on the notification to view the playback displayed. Up to 4 stars now It's so sporadic on when it works. It's often that I have to log in multiple times while moving throughout the app (in the same session). There is constantly an error on playback. I always look for an update in the app store, but nothing. I want to love it so bad, but just can't. Sorry.

Thanks for your review of the Arlo app. If you're having problems where you have to keep logging in, try to uninstall the app, reboot your Android device and reinstall the app. If you still have problems, please navigate to Settings > Support in the Arlo App for service options available to you.
Not helpful in emergency. Say I get a notification in the middle of the night. 9 times out of 10 it takes more than 5 minutes if it ever connects to the camera to show me the feed. I'm getting notifications after a person or vehicle is long gone. We bought the Arlo doorbell because it was supposed to be the easiest and best. The app makes the experience beg to differ. We have had it for over a year I think and are contemplating a competitor.
