Ratings and reviews

They take orders with advance payment, but after increasing the product price, they cancel the order and refund the amount to their wallet instead of returning it to the original payment method. They usually call only once to inform the customer. If you miss the call, you will not receive any further updates and must contact them yourself to know the status of your order. Additionally, the behavior of their call support team is not professional.

This app is a serious privacy risk and shows a complete lack of basic user protection. There is no option to delete an account or update phone number or email, which is unacceptable. I registered using my official number, and when I leave my job, that SIM may be reassigned to someone else. That person could easily access my private medical data without my consent. This is extremely alarming, unsafe, and a clear failure of data security. Immediate action is required to fix this issue.

In my first experience it was excellent but I was very disappointed later. The delivery man's behavior was not good. You guys are extremely unprofessional and a liar and your customer representative is also a liar. Without any valid reason you guys have cancelled my order. Very unprofessional behavior. I was a regular customer but right now I never use and order from your site!
