I paid online for a product. Delivery man came at 20:22 pm claiming that my payment was due. I showed the invoice proving my payment. He stated that the order was mistakenly placed twice in their system. So he made me pay him via bKash including the cash-out charge, claiming that I had already been reimbursed by Arogga. But that was a lie. Because Arogga reimbursed me at 20:26, and that too without the cash-out charge. It's not about the money. It's about the staggering lack of accountability.

I myself opened delivered parcel of Arogga. One ordered product was missing. I made a complaint to the concern but very unfortunately their response was so unprofessional and unwarranted. They were so adamant that this product was in the parcel. I am so much disappointed to see their unprofessional attitude towards a regular customer like me. Surely I am not gonna order anything from Arogga.

In spite of being a very good and useful app, I’m not giving it 5 stars — in fact, not even 3 — because Arogga doesn’t seem to value customer feedback. I wrote an honest review for a product, yet they chose not to post it and discarded it carelessly. This shows clear bias, which is completely unacceptable.
