this app should be upgraded. it’s confusing, also without confirmation it has confirmed 2 orders,but I didn’t place any order, it was only mistakenly touched.also it hadn’t showed me that it has confir that order,this made me so disappointed about this app,there are also many other thing of my disappointment. BuT But But my most favourite part of this site is that they sell original products at a very reasonable price,so I love to order from here.

I used to regularly use it. But I have slowly stopped taking med from them, once I see that they are getting greedy by charging higher than our local med shop in price. Local med shops are providing the med in reasonable price or similar price and delivering free at home within 2 to 3 hours at best. Also they have showing their greediness by charging high for the delivery. This is not good. If they continue like this with their loyal customers, they will not sustain.

I have been a customer of Arogga for a long time. Previously, the overall service was quite good, but recently I have been facing several issues. These include frequent increases in delivery charges, delayed deliveries, products repeatedly going out of stock, failure to restock essential products, and poor customer handling by some moderators and support representatives. I sincerely request the Arogga management to address these issues and take the necessary steps.
