I've been a regular customer of arogga for 2 years now. There were lots of things that I liked about Arogga. The convenience & the delivery, but recently I've noticed a few glitches/issues. For example, the automatic order confirmation, late delivery, & missing items, higher delivery fee, and the free delivery cap upped from 599 to 999 to 1999 recently. Though I order in bulk every month which isn't an issue for me. Plus, the absence of Lab test cart in other regions except Dhaka is frustrating!

They do not send exact product. They make trick, I ordered 2 product, they send me 1 product and saying that another product is out of stock when It is totally false. I ordered again, they confirm my order, how do they confirm it, if there is no stock of that product! They were trying to get double delivery charge and making situations to make another order to get the double delivery charge. I complained, then they cancel my order to prove that they are not fraud. Unprofessional business. 🚫🚫

The app is well designed and easy to use, but the service is extremely disappointing. Customer care is thoroughly unprofessional agents either brush off issues or give blunt 'we can't do that' responses before going silent. Contacting them via Messenger or WhatsApp feels like sending a message by carrier pigeon you'll get a reply decades later if you're lucky! A good interface means nothing when chat support ghosts you. Management must train staff on responsiveness and customer handling.
