It worked fine for ages, but one day began to crash when I would go into the rewards tab. Support looked into it, advising me that after a while they couldn't find the problem and were closing out the ticket though they would still be examining the issue. I do receive emails regarding promotions, but it would be nice to be able to see my available rewards again without the app crashing. The rest of the app is fine.

I downloaded this to look at the menu and maybe order ahead if the option was available. The option isn't available, unlike most chains, but that's fine. However, the menu is too small to read on a phone, and you can't zoom in. That's a huge oversight. Not only that, but you can buy things on the app, just nothing from the menu. Apparently, there's a useless, shameless merch store. Lastly, it had an ad for the Aroma Joe's app IN THE AROMA JOE'S APP!!! This app is nothing but disappointment.

Worked well then got a bug I have been using the app since it first was created. It worked really well, used it all the time. Now when I click on rewards tab, it closes my app completely. "Uninstall app or update when developer fixes bug" It won't let me see the rewards, so I can't use any of the special promotions that are offered for rewards members, i can't see the menu, that part freezes. All I can do is pay using the app but I don't get rewards and I can't use any that I get.
