Ratings and reviews

It was a good app, but now it just freezes after every selection, even if you restart the app. Also, without any previous notice, they take your points away. Fetch is a way better app, has more points, better options, works better, let's you know if you're missing info or if it accepts your receipt right away and it notifies you before taking your points away

Was a decent app for quite a while, then one day, I lost connections 1-2 e-receipt accounts & never been able to reestablish the connections, causing me to miss LOTS of credits. I've contacted support multiple times about the same issue, provided screenshots & screen recordings of the issue & followed the same microwaved troubleshooting steps mant time, still no joy. Still broken. ReceiptPal won't allow me to email receipts to them from the missing connections. Disappointing & frustrating.

It takes forever to open the app. Constantly states invalid/unreadable receipt, even though clear. 2 stars are because you can contact customer service, and they usually fix it. But who has the time to do this over & over for receipts. What is their incentive to approve clear, readable receipts that they will approve if you send a complaint, when they figure you will just let it go as a waste of your time for the 1/4 cent you will receive once approved. Worse app of the scanning receipt apps.
