Ratings and reviews

My biggest complaint, besides that it takes super long, is that they withhold your rewards for duplicates or more than 3 or 5 from the same store within 24. All the other apps I have used just don't give you points and move on. Human error happens. Sometimes, people try to do their receipt scanning all at once and lose track or get distracted. This is the only receipt app that will bar you from getting a reward even if it's a year or two from a mistake. What's the point of deleting them then?

Takes forever to scan. I really wish the receipts were accepted if they are dated 14 days before the date of submission rather than by whatever, weird time-frame/block is currently in place. It doesn't make sense. The app needs an entire reboot, imo. 12/10/24: I've learned to scan my 4 accounts for e-receipts individually. Takes about 10-15 minutes. If I scan them all at once it can take almost 30 minutes. One acct almost always has to be rescanned bc my screen times out, ie "I left the page"🙄

I had enjoyed using this app until recently when it keeps having trouble scanning my Amazon orders. It sends an error message, and eventually I can get it to work usually with a few tries, but it takes extra time, which isn't great. It's also very slow to load, so be prepared for it to take maybe 10-15 minutes just to scan receipts. Please fix this issue, Receipt Pal. Also takes so long to load. It wastes time.
