I' ve been using this bank for all my banking needs here in the DR but the ACH transfer to another bank is taking longer than usual, others bank transfer the money a few hours later the same day, this bank is transferring the money the next day which is not how it is supposed to work, looks to me that they trying to force you to use the instant transfer option for a $100 pesos fees instead. I tested sending money from the Banreservas and the money was available a few hours later.

This app is useless for me. Thank God🙏 if it works for you! It's been months since I've been trying to log into it, but in vain. I called the bank and I was told to go to my phone's settings, then apps and choose BHD, delete storage data, uninstall and reinstall the app. I followed all these steps many many times but I still can't get in.

I used it for a while and was very good but I e day it stoped working for my user even though I haven't changed a thing. Tried to solve the issue with the call center and in person 3 months ago and I'm still without beings able to log in.
