Impossible to activate the app. Have been trying all day Sunday and today (Monday) - I enter my mobile number, it tells me to enter a p in but I never receive it from ASAP. Tried the Llamame feature, nothing. The app is useless if one cannot activate it. Big tech issue there apparently.

If you are a foreigner in Panama, app doesn't accept foreign credit cards or phone numbers. But you only find this out at checkout. There are no explanations or error messages. Just won't complete the transaction. You only find this out after you contact customer support. Don't waste your time.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOT USE THIS APP *** Completely a wortless company. Installed the a0p after almost a year withought using it. Order a breakfast from lung fung an hour passes by and i am called that the delivery is yet to be dispatched because the restaurant hasn't even made the order. So now i can't cancel my order and i have to wait for whenever they feel like providing the food to your doorstep. Do you really think i trust an agent to expedite any process at all 😂?
