We have used this app for years and had no problems until we missed our delivery at the door! The driver didn't contact us to say he had arrived and we couldn't collect our order until the next day. After calling customer services we were directed to a different store 1 mile down the road from our usual store and since then we have been unable to select which store we want to click and collect from. This is inconvenient and we would like to see this part of the app fixed!
Makes shopping easier. I can add things to the list as i run out of them at home so nothing gets forgotten. I'm spending so much less than I would be if I was browsing in store. I always have the things I need. I love this app. Can't believe I haven't been using it for longer
The app is great for me to add items when we run out of things. My only little gripe is that I ordered a item that was in stock on the day of order but was out of stock on the day of delivery. I know sometimes it can't be helped but it niggled me a little
Everything is always out of stock now and when igo into the store to collect my order there's always plenty of the out of stock items. They never update it and now there's never any suggested alternatives. Won't ever shop here again
Great way of shopping BUT if you tick accept alternatives it applies to everything. I ordered crusty rolls which surprisingly they ran out of so they sent soft flour topped rolls. I hate them so the birds had them.
I've used the app for years but just lately it's really hard work. About 25% of my favourites are unavailable with no (or extremely expensive) alternative and yet when I go in store, there they are! Other favourite items, the whole department is missing yet when I search item by item they are still showing as favourite products. Sort it out please, this is hard work.
