Mawarid app is the official application of Mawarid Manpower Solutions Company which offers different human resource solutions for different professional levels and from several countries for its clients in the individual and business sectors. Through this app, the company clients will be able to use Mawarid services easily and conveniently through their smart devices. The app will provide Mawarid clients with the following solutions:

Mawarid business sector solutions:-
- Manpower solutions (providing human resource services for entry level careers)
- Expertise solutions (providing human resource services for specialists and mid-level careers)
- Managerial solutions (providing the human resource services for managers and high-level careers)

The company provides these solutions for its business sector clients with two modes - Rental or Mediation)

Mawarid individual sector solutions:-

- Mawarid standard solutions
With these solutions Mawarid provides its clients with house labors (private driver, male domestic worker, female domestic worker) with two modes (rental or mediation)

- Mawarid hourly solutions
We provide you with our hourly solutions, a different way to use our house labors with scheduled hourly visits to your house which fits your time, and that's through:
- Hemma service (Hemma is the new concept of house labors hourly rental! whether your request was a female or male domestic worker we will provide you the service you want within the hours that fits your schedule)

Great app that was turned into a disaster. It used to work perfectly and allowed you to reschedule and select the workers you prefer. Now you can schedule for a very limited number of times and you can't select the worker so you're left with their choice and you have to teach her every time. That's not to mention that there's a high level of inconsistency between the workers, so it's down to your luck. I won't be renewing again that's for sure. You lost a very loyal client.

Unlike some other good apps, this one doesn't share any details about the cleaner that you booked. Also, on the app there's no button for (my orders). And you don't have the option on the app to reschedule (coz there's no "my orders" option to begin with), AND you can't have access to customer service before 9 AM, so if God forbid you have an emergency the day of the service (morning service), and you can't have the cleaner that day, you can't talk to anyone, and the cleaner STILL shows up!
