App constantly isn't working. Closes unexpectedly, crashes, and mobile deposit is horrible. It takes you 3 or 4 times to get it to go through after it closes on you multiple times. It needs redone horribly. Bank and tellers themselves are awesome, but if you're not there in the bank, their remote options so far are not working.

This is one of the worst banks I have ever used. The app is horrible, hard to navigate and does not display accurate information. EVER. Transactions are not current and are often three days behind or more. This causes my balance to be insufficient to my spending and bills. Also, it's not always available sometimes the app doesn't work at all and when it does it often doesn't take my valid information.

Constantly fails to login and always having to reset password just to have it locked out at this point it's easier to to go to the bank then using the app. Miss the old days before technology was used for everything.
