This is a terrible app!! I had to pay for a 6 month subscription and only got to use it 3 times before it stopped working altogether! It kept telling me that the printer was unavailable when I could clearly see that it was online and ready to print. I still had 4 months paid!!!!! What a total rip off. I'm furious!!!

This piece of junk (HP Envy 6458e) is the worst printer I've ever had to contend with. First, the black ink cartridge is only good for about 30 pages! But, the most annoying feature is when it continually looses the WiFi connection. This happens for any number of reasons, including when the "shallow" drawer is pulled open to add paper. I've probably installed and uninstalled (as recommended) more than 20 times. I know there are decent HP printers out there. The Envy series is NOT one of them

I give this app a huge 0 rate! I can't get a refund! I have spent days upon days and many hours trying to rectify there huge error they have made! Only they are in a 2 party call and only one of those party gets paid! I don't get paid for being stooped! The CS REP/AGENT filled that qualification in spades! I want my money returned! ASAP!! Thank you in advance for your understanding of my dilemma. And are doing all I can to refund the money you have stolen from many many people. DO BETTER
