I tried to set up this app to my printer and it didn't connect, It was printing fine until I downloaded this app. I want a refund of the 39.99 I paid useless, I can't print at all now.

cannot get this app to recognize my printer!! fighting with it for days!!!! im very frustrated as I paid for a year and cannot use!

This app is ridiculous with ads. Every click to get somewhere, there's an ad. click something by mistake, an ad. click to log in, an ad. click to get code and go back, an ad. click the code, an ad. click to search document, oh wait, an ad. So ridiculous
