I can't even have access to the customer section as the page keeps infinitely loading. Not to mention that i had difficulties signing up for the first time, i received no email confirmation and i had to go for "forgot my password" method in order to gain access to my account. This app is full of bugs that need to be fixed asap otherwise am deleting.

Your iOS app is better and more reliable. Fix your Android app. Edit 1: I can finally log into my account after your recent update now. WHAT I DON'T LIKE HOWEVER: - You don't provide an option to download a bill that's unpaid. Like right now, I have a new unpaid bill BUT I CAN'T DOWNLOAD IT. - Give us the option to turn off the animation that plays each time we open the app. I don't like that it wastes a few seconds of my life every time I open it.

Poor design user interface. Not able to log after registration, infinite loop, click on the link to complete the registration when you click it get you back to the the same message.. Get the link to activate your account... The interaction with the the server side is very slow... Please outsource to professional services provider
