Athany keeps you connected to your masjid and your prayers — built by Beckah Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and completely free.

THE ATHAN, ON TIME, EVERY TIME
Athany schedules each prayer as a real alarm — the same system your phone uses for your morning alarm — so the athan calls at the exact minute, even when the app is closed, the phone is locked, or aggressive battery savers try to freeze it. A built-in checkup screen walks you through the exact settings your phone (Samsung included) needs, and a one-tap test lets you hear it work before you rely on it.

LIVE ATHAN FROM YOUR MASJID
Follow your muathin and hear the call to prayer streamed live from your masjid the moment they go live — even with your phone locked. It's the closest thing to being there.

SMART AT THE MASJID
• Auto-silence: when you arrive at the masjid, your phone can turn on Do Not Disturb by itself — and turn it back off when you leave. No more ringtones during salah.
• Already there? Athany notices you're at the masjid at prayer time and holds the recorded athan — the real one is being called right in front of you.
• On a phone call at prayer time? The athan waits quietly instead of blasting into your ear.

ACCURATE PRAYER TIMES — EVEN WHILE TRAVELING
Prayer times are calculated for wherever you are, with your masjid's calculation method and the Hijri date. Land in a new city and your times follow you automatically. Iqama times show exactly when each prayer is established at your masjid.
