Worked for 1 week. Now I cannot log in to my profile. I have restarted my phone, checked wifi, uninstall/reinstall app over 2 weeks and the app still does not work.

2 times in past month suddenly stops working. associated with HCA. kind of disheartening given the confidentiality of information that come through the app that doesn't run good. impacting patient flow

The program keeps shutting down. It has now cost me 15 charts that I have to go back try any recreate. It had NOT saved me time and has cost me more money!!
