I love the app. This is syncing happens pretty much every time you open the app, start, stop, or edit an entry so it was a real pain to use. But now download faster and more stable. The app is sooo much faster👌download. Not to mention being unable to use the app when it's syncing because its literally stop responding until it's done. You'd stop an entry and it'd be several seconds before it'd actually stop and those extra seconds are added to the entry. Thank you so much to everyone algorithms.

please, I need help. I am stuck at KYC 2. Uploading picture on KYC 1 you gave two options of photo or camera. I uploaded my picture without problem using the photo option from my album. In KYC 2, is only camera. Anytime I snap my id picture and want to upload it by clicking the ✓ sign , the picture will not be pasted for uploading. It rather take me out of the app. I tried severally but failed. you may add the photo option or another option to solve this problem. I am actually frustrated.

I already had up to 10 consecutive check-in days remaining for me to qualify for the KYC but right now it has gone back to 28 consecutive check-in days remaining and I have not missed going to check-in and mine everyday, this is not right is it from the app or from the management, I have to start all over again and who knows if it will just reset again. The app is good but this my experience has shaken me. And also can't we win Atolar as a bonus must we have to buy it, create an option for that
