Only good thing I can say about this app is that it works sometimes. It's glitchy and slow at times. The app is unnecessarily restrictive. Can't really use it split screen and does not have pop out view option like many other apps. No option to stream in the background. Unacceptable from a giant cable company that definitely doesn't lack resources.

App will not work on my phone or my husband's. Same error as others have mentioned - you launch the app, the location permission pops up briefly, and before you can click on anything it goes to the sign in screen and after putting in credentials it says you may be having a connection issue. NO. No. I. Am. Not. We both have one of the latest Samsung phones with all up to date software updates. No amount of data and cache clearing, uninstalling, restarting, does anything.

For the last 6 months this is what I always get. Somethings gone wrong. We may be having trouble with your connection. Connecting your device to Wi-Fi could help fix the issue or try again later" I can never log in, so I can never watch my dvr shows away from home. Very annoying, I pay to much monthly for this app to be like this.
