It's good and easy to use app but recently when i cash in thru 7/11 I don't receive the money instantly it happened 4 times already. I need to wait for a few days to get the money credited back in my account. I urgently need the money to pay my dues but it's getting delayed because if this. Can you please fix them???? It's so annoying that it happened 4 times already. I emailed you everytime it happened. But the feedback took too many days.

If you are working overseas DO NOT USE this app, after June update you cannot open the app without roaming signal, after july update I cannot log in even I have roaming signal. The app is unresponsive during log in. I put my time in auto time Zone, restart my phone but still your app not working. I will transfer my deposited account to any bank that has a useful app when out of the country. I sent email to customer service and until now no response.

After entering my phone number and password, it'll only load for a bit but it doesn't log me in. Even if the log in details is correct. Even if I don't see any error. I tried changing the password and it was successful but again, it doesn't log me in! What an app update!
