It's good and easy to use app but recently when i cash in thru 7/11 I don't receive the money instantly it happened 4 times already. I need to wait for a few days to get the money credited back in my account. I urgently need the money to pay my dues but it's getting delayed because if this. Can you please fix them???? It's so annoying that it happened 4 times already. I emailed you everytime it happened. But the feedback took too many days.

I cannot access or log in my account almost 3 days now due to the issue of system maintenance pop up everytime i try? Can you fix thi problem soon as possible? Im still waiting please updates! I tried to uninstall, reinstall, clear cache, force stop, still not working. You answered my email, but in 3 days it remains unaccessible!!! so much stress!!!!

fast, easy and convenient. i didn't even have to look for a physical ATM just to change my PIN when I first got my loyalty card. just waited 24 hours for change PIN option to be active. thank you AUB!
