I wasn’t using my AUB Online App, yet somehow my remaining balance amounted to 5k just vanished. No OTP, no message, and when I went to the bank, surprise, my account was closed. It was frustrating and disappointing. Lesson learned: always monitor your accounts regularly and don’t rely solely on notifications. I’ll be more careful where I keep my money next time other banks. This is the 2nd time.

Very easy and feel safe due to separate app for otp and affordable transaction fees. For me this bank is a hidden gem and underrated, I've been with other big commercial banks however, AUB or Asia United Bank really stand out in terms of account opening very modern paperless all in tablet and their staff is very efficient, no other banks implement the way they are doing, they're similar in abroad. And their apps are very useful, user friendly and secure. Keep doing world class guys.

Credit card banking is good Takes too long to apply for online banking. It's been weeks since I gave the confirmation of account to my branch. Very inconvenient. Tried asking a different branch if they can process my acct on their end but they said they will only send it to my branch for the processing. I hope they can process accts even when it is not on the branch applied. since it is only for activation of the online bank.
