I am a seafarer, and accessing my account while at sea is extremely difficult. I often encounter various errors when trying to open the app. What's frustrating is that I can access other online banking apps quickly and without any issues. Even after just a few days of not using the app, it becomes difficult to log in again. Unlike other online banking services, this app is unreliable and inconvenient, especially for people like us who work at sea. I hope this issue can be improved.

I am very upset with the kind of service you have! You are the worst of all! I have called several times and for several days now, my load for calls is running out (overseas call) but I can't talk to you! Especially the one at the main office local 1570, I have also transferred several times to other local numbers but still nothing. My concern is simple, I can't open my mobile account because of your "KAARTEHAN" that has not been open for 6 months. I don't know how you can resolve this "NAPA

I am trying to enroll my account, but my application is not being verified. When I attempt to register again, the system says that I already have an existing account. However, I never received the temporary password needed to access it. This has been very inconvenient, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
