I installed this app for an SSS-related concern, but my experience has been very disappointing. I am still stuck at the registration stage because I never receive the OTP sent to my email. I have requested it countless times without success. I also contacted customer support through email but have not received any response. It's frustrating that I cannot even complete registration due to these issues. The app needs significant improvements in OTP delivery and customer support.

This app is good. However it stopped giving credit to us registered users. You can no longer avail credit unlike before but when you do get credit, your credit limit wont go higher. So I suggest they try to fix this, as a lot of registered users used to enjoy the app when it gives out credit.

it's safe to use this account but, when it comes to customer service too sad. I am unable to receive the correct OTP (Verification Code) required to log in/proceed with my transaction, despite requesting it several times. I have already checked my signal, cleared my app cache, and verified that my number is correct, but the code still does not arrive. i already send an email about the issue but, i didn't receive a response
