Ratings and reviews

There is a problem in face verification in applying for MySSS Card that you have to repeat it so many times and after that there is another error in final step which is the payment. I have to reach the customer service about the concern and it took about a week before it's been completed and QR code has been generated. However, the claiming of the card is much faster, just make sure there is a MySSS Kiosk by AUB in the area.

This app constantly shows the message: "An error occurred while attempting to connect to the server. Please check your internet connection and try again." even though my internet connection is strong and stable. Instead of always blaming the user's internet connection, please be honest and tell users the real reason why the app cannot be opened. If the problem is with your servers or system, just say so. Giving a misleading error message is frustrating and wastes users' time.

It sooo frustrating. I can't open my hello money after I reset my phone. It says device not registered, I clicked register my device then after I followed the instructions it says "We couldn't complete your device registration request". I already emailed to aub and came to their physical branch but nothing happened. My salary is in that account, I really need it now. Poor customer service!
