Unacceptable Delays Still waiting for my payout to reflect. My salary was sent days ago, but this app is taking forever to process the transfer. When you rely on your hard-earned money to arrive on time, this kind of service is a massive disappointment. Extremely slow and unreliable for payouts. Do not use if you need your money on time.

You are always doing system update etc. I find it annoying now. I need to transfer the money from this app to my e-wallet but you make it hard for me to do it, it keeps on showing "check transaction history for double transaction" but the same amount is still there and no double transaction happened. There's advice to comeback after an hour, its been more than 2 hours and nothing has changed. Why make difficult?

Hello Money app cannot be launched. It quickly exits everytime I tap the app. Tried updating and uninstalling but the app still crashes. Tried it in my three phones but the problem persists. I seldom use it as I use the app only to pay a Village HOA annual dues. Good thing I do not maintain a balance on that account. I hope your technical team fix the problem the soonest possible.
