worst online banking application! i change my email for security reasons,then the app says error debiting transactions, ive sent tons of email and called the customer support couple of times for assistance but all they say is to wait for call as i need to verify that it is me who changed the email, i waited 2 days until i get a 1-2 seconds call, i dont even get the chance to answer the call and sent me the same automated email and text message,TF i cant even use my fund on your app.

What does it take too long for my application, because it's one of the requirements for the company I'm employed in, salary might be on hold if you didn't do an appropriate action to this. I registered this last September 13 and I'm confident that you will approved on the next banking day (September 14) and what I found is PENDING APPROVAL then I had emailed you earlier this afternoon on the email you've provided, but I haven't received any feedback yet. Do something on this matter please !!!

I've been using hellomoney for years now and it was a great experience but recently I'm having some problems like my clients suddenly can't send my payments and some payments are sent but not reflecting on my account, I contacted customer care but I still haven't gotten a response up until now it's really frustrating. I'm worried to where my money goes.
