Ratings and reviews

It has been 3 weeks and my HelloMoney account is still *UNDER REVIEW*. Because of this, I cannot cash out my money in the app and I cannot withdraw using my ATM card. I was repeatedly told that someone would call me for verification, but until now, no one has called. I have sent multiple emails and messages, and none have been answered. Today, I even went to an AUB branch hoping for help. Instead, I was just referred back to Customer Service and was told the same!

Blazing fast, stripped down to the bare essentials. It's way faster to purchase Globe subscriptions from this app than in Gcash/GlobeOne. But it is by far the most archaic looking online-banking app I've used. It was a good app until I find my Transaction History missing some entries, and there is no way to send feedback or get support in-app.

This app constantly shows the message: "An error occurred while attempting to connect to the server. Please check your internet connection and try again." even though my internet connection is strong and stable. Instead of always blaming the user's internet connection, please be honest and tell users the real reason why the app cannot be opened. If the problem is with your servers or system, just say so. Giving a misleading error message is frustrating and wastes users' time.
