Ratings and reviews

This review is an update to my original review several years ago... I loved the Audible app and have used it for years as I mentioned but it has been deteriorating over the last couple years. It now frustrates me at a higher frequency than it brings me joy. It can't seem to remember which books I've finished, it tries to sell me books that are already in my library and for some unknown reason some books that I've read already are no longer in my library. There are even more issues...

I like it but one star bc the entire app freezes and won't let you play anything and keeps glitching until you update it and since there's a new update every week or so it's a constant issue and its doesnt just happen when your connected to wifi. I had bought one of my favorite authors books to listen too on an airplane trip and it glitched right before take out when I was in airplane mode and so I had nothing to do for the 5 hour flight

Fix the damn app so it will keep playing whatever I'm listening to WITHOUT STOPPING until I hit pause, PLEASE!! I go back into the app on my screen, which I shouldn't have to do in the first place, and not only has the playback stopped, but the book I was listening to isn't even loaded in the player anymore. Navigating through all this takes like a minute on this phone. By a fair estimate you are collecting over $4B annually from your subscribers; why can't you make this app work right?
