I wished I could enjoy this app. However, it's driving me nuts. I exclusively use ot for MTB riding with voice turn by turn navigation. While it is good for finding and planning trips, it is horribly bad for navigation. If I ever have to hear "make a U turn" after just having been told so and done so, I will lose my mind. I often have to go back to Google maps to get out of those situations. Zero problems there. I have tried it on my (Google Pixel 6) and my wifes iPhone (13). Same thing.

Used to be really good, now it continually tries to send me on paths that don't exist. If I go off the planned non existent route it tells me that automatic rerouting is disabled. I found the setting to change that, but you have to finish and save your tour to get to it. It's also very difficult to stop and just discard a tour. Since my tours get automatically synced from Garmin/Strava, if I use komoot to navigate because I'm lost, I want to immediately discard the tour when I'm done.

Komoot is brilliant, combining OSM basemaps with good quality satellite imagery (in the paid version that is) and a smart routing algorithm that always seems to find the nicer and more scenic routes than most apps. Way easier to use than say RideWithGPS, too. I'd just wish they added some nerdier mode like in BRouter that lets you tweak your route preferences.
