I love the concept of this company and behind the scenes content, but the app is so clunky. I can't see how long I have left in the book or what percentage I've finished; you have to download each chapter instead of the entire book at once; the "end of chapter" timer doesn't work; there are no in app purchases (have to purchase books on website); and it's not compatible with Android Auto. Since I do the majority of listening while driving, this last item is very frustrating.

I love that Julia Whelan created this platform, and I wholeheartedly believe in its intent to support narrators. That being said, this app has A LOT of problems. Lacks headphone control. Cuts out between tracks even when downloaded. For example, it still plays but suddenly mutes. Viewing content from the app is horrible. The vast majority of listeners use reading/listening tracking apps. This gives no usable data on time spent listening or the percentage of time spent a book. Please try to fix.

I am only using this app because its the only platform a book I have been dying to read is on, and I find it very difficult to use. When I finish a chapter of my book, I have to reopen the app and play the next chapter, even though I have autoplay on. I usually listen with earbuds, and the app almost never recognizes when I hit stop or play from them. I will not use this app again unless there is another audiobook that is only available on this platform.
