I have been locked out from access to the app. Tried calling the 1300 number several times and going through the process of selecting the option to talk to someone to help, only to be on hold in excess of 15 minutes every time before I hung up in disgust. Is AustralianSuper run ny Centrelink??? Hahaha. I do not have access to a computer to try to check online. Why can't you have a call back feature for YOU to call us, after all, YOU are at work getting paid to look after US.

I have used this app previously with no issues - but the latest update has introduced a bug where you cannot login. It keeps saying: 'sorry something went wrong on our end, please try again later'. I can login fine in the browser. Have tried closing, uninstalling then reinstalling the app but no change. ETA: As of today (24/10/24) this issue has been fixed - thank you.

Ok for reviewing your status but full of flaws and limitations. Home page advises no contributions whilst transactions shows contributions. I get messages of a new contribution today but it is a week after the contribution was received and a week after it was visible in the transaction page. Also it doesnt show how contributions are presently being allocated. These are simple things. It needs improvement.
