App is good at showing information. However App does not allow me to do the things its chatbox gives explanations for. For example, updating address, adding a phone number, changing insurance. Forces me into lengthy phone waiting times.

Hi Howard, unfortunately, we had to temporarily disable the ability to update your contact details and we apologise for the inconvenience. We are aiming to reinstate this as soon as possible. You should be able to change your insurance via the app, please email mobile@australiansuper.com so we can get some more details and look into this.

Great app, except in April have not been able to log into Membere Direct on the app, website works. Have deleted and reinstalled to no resolution. Seems a common issue looking at other comments in last few weeks. Please fix!!
