garbage! every 2nd day I have to add my device again as trusted device. don't offer at all if you can't make it work! ...... 10 months later, still waiting for that fix that never will come. absolutely useless. And don't send unnecessary answers apologizing and saying you're fixing it if you can't. fix it or state that you can't make it work. Just be honest.

Why do I get notifications both in app about receiving a payment days after the payment reaches the account? super contribution hits account 11th May as seen on the contributions page. Notification about payment comes on 14th May. Same every month.

Trying to log in overseas but neither password nor biometric login works on the app or the website because both require me to enter a code texted to my Australian number (which I cannot receive while overseas). No option to verify by email or just log in using the pin/password/biometrics I've already set up. No chat option for assistance, have to make an international phone call for help. What's the point in having a pin, password and biometrics if I can't log in without texting and calling??
