AMS Connect – Patient Engagement App

A convenient and intuitive mobile app designed for Australians to easily engage with their healthcare providers. The app helps patients make online bookings, request repeat prescriptions and referrals, and manage their interactions with participating clinics.

This app does not provide medical services, clinical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care. It is not a medical device. All healthcare services are delivered solely by your chosen healthcare provider.

Patients can search for clinics registered with AutoMed Systems and book appointments directly. Appointment details can be viewed at any time, and patients can cancel or make additional bookings with just a few taps. Appointments are confirmed in real time, with no follow‑up actions required. Family members can also be added for easier management.

The services, appointment types, and times shown in the app are determined by your clinic. If a specific appointment type is not visible, please contact your clinic directly during business hours.

With optional features that allow aggregation of health data stored on your device, you can also present historical information - such as activity or vital trends from connected devices - to your healthcare professional during your appointment. This information is displayed solely for your convenience and is not interpreted or analysed by the app.
