Easy to use app. Very responsive team with flexible schedules. Great value for services provided. Upfront quotes before you schedule so no surprise bills! This is a 3500 character review condensed to under 500: 10 days, 2+ mechanics, no service. Delays, missed schedules, with my second mechanic totally disappearing and subsequently being released from the platform. Support became increasingly less helpful and attentive. Depending on your region, reliability varies vastly (I'm in Central Florida.) Only try Auto Monkey if there are no other options. While it's a solid concept, it obviously needs a lot of growing to do and a lot of kinks to work out.
