Basically the same thing as the website, except it doesn't adjust the page based on my phone screen or orientation. I can't zoom in or out on the page, scroll up or down. I have to close my phone just to see the "pay my bill" button. And why are we having to download every monthly statement just to see it? Can't that be integrated into the app? Using Samsung Z fold 4

For some reason this new RG&Eapp will not allow me to get into the system. I have to actually go to the web page to get into my account. This faster app is actually slower and doesn't work. I've been trying to get into it for 3 days, and also says is oops try again later. Very disappointed in this app. Just noticed the disclaimer telling me how easy this app is going to be. Not very easy at all. I still can't get into the app. It was working fine two or 3 weeks ago.

Great idea.. The Power Outtage tab works well and I have been able to Pay without issue. That might be it for this app. Every time I try to look at the Bills it gives an error message. And past Payments have not shown up, then the next Bill is double. On line it will show some things but the amounts aren't the same. I'm not in love with this whole system.. some things have got to change with their record keeping.
