It gives you a first hand look at your account at any given moment. However the payments and billing doesn't always equal so make sure to always look closely at the numbers. If there is a discrepancy it's up to you the customer to notice it otherwise you will just probably be paying more. Especially upon the arrival of Heap payments which always seem when bills become higher than usual. Anyways this is a good way to keep an eye on your account. Recommend. Goodluck.

App glitches often. Sometimes, it'll show an error message, but if you wait, the app will open. Billing is inconsistent, and they will charge you for multiple months of service on the same day and expect payment all on the same date. I had autopay turned on, and they would double charge me and then credit back to me later on. It's better than nothing, but for the amount of money we pay this monopoly, you'd think they could afford to pay people to make this app work consistently.

App is ok. RH&E is NOT. Since the AVINGRID (Spain) / Prince of Qatar acquisition billing has been a NIGHTMARE. Three times in the last 30 months I've had discrepancies were the app says one status, an email says I'm late, my bank sees a payment but the app doesn't see a payment it's an absolute nightmare. The app doesn't show any payments that is. It should show that a payment's been submitted but not yet clear the status. So many issues since the acquisition. It's horrible.
