Nothing works! Already an Avis Preferred member so downloaded the app after already booking a car. Whenever I try and add the booking reference number to the app it freezes, it asks me to add my contact details but when I click the link to do so it says 'Something went wrong', when I try and add my payment details it won't let me select a card type so I can't put those in so ended up having to shut down the app and go online anyway (and even the website had issues!) . So the app is useless!

Tried to setup quickpass after getting email reminder about it. After taking pictures of my driving license and face, I got to a page asking for personal details like my address. However after filling the details out the continue button just stays grayed out with no indication what more does it want.

Absolutely bad service. The Rear parcel shelf (Hutablage) was missing when I picked up the car. I didn't even notice this when picking up the car (and it was contactless pickup). When returning it, Avis charged for the missing part. Apparantly they expect their customers to check if every part of the car is missing when picking up the car and report it. Otherwise they make their customers pay for it. Will never rent from them again.
