Ratings and reviews

QuickPass ID validation does not work, you just get error messages without any useful information. There is no way what so ever, any channel, to contact Avis unless you want to make a reservation or invoice copy or have crashed the car. Have not experienced worse customer support in years. Prepare to talk to a machine asking if you want to rent a car, or to rent a car, or to rent a car. Mail is automatically answered saying they will not answer.

It adds no value. All documents are separate and unconnected to my account. I have an email of my reservation rental agreement, but nothing in the app. I am on my trip, trying to manage it, but unable to find any connected. I am back to calling a number.

Company sends 2 emails promoting and asking to use kiosk-based key retrieval. Then application asks to confirm ID although this has been done and numerous rentals done using this method. During "re-confirmation", app cannot recognize standard european driving license picture done in ideal light and background conditions. Digital surely is not Avis' strongest point, not the first time
