About to book another hire. Just gave the app another chance. I didn't get as far as I previously did. Network error repeatedly. Unuseable. No I don't want to share my location. I know where I am, Avis does not need to know. Selecting 'NO' results in being bombarded with so many location requests you cannot use the app. When will business learn that we have a choice. Uninstalled in less than 5min. Listen up Avis. 4 months later this app is still rubbish.

Not much use. Impossible to add bookings made via agency (eg as part of airline booking) and worse it provides no way at all to contact the rental desk where you picked up the car except a permanently-jammed phone line. Do the job properly, please, Avis: provide a real email address, or better, enable the app for direct communication with the rental desk (NOT a centralised office). You can do better!

What have you done to the app?! the old version worked perfectly, was fast and with 0 issues. Since update it logs me out every day (super annoying), loads slowly, shows many errors - network error, book engine error, search engine error... i cannot modify neither open existing reservations.... Unusable, really!
