It works terribly. Most of the time, activating packages doesn't work at all. It's one of the worst apps, but I'm forced to use it because it's the only way to activate my packages.

The app has a bug on it. It's not working properly, and it doesn't show my updated Active Bundles 😒

I wish I could give 0 stars. I've been an AWCC customer since 2009, and the service keeps getting worse. The network is unreliable, internet is painfully slow, and calls often have poor voice quality and glitches. I've also experienced unexplained balance deductions and inconsistent customer support. After all these years, I expected honesty, transparency, and reliable service not constant frustration
