Hi, Completely unsatisfied when it come to customer service, a simple request for Int'l Driving License couldn't be completed on time.. 2nd have to wait approx 55mins to connect with customer sevice and then simple excuse 'no email request is received'

Very very bad app since today I downloaded until now it's not opening which kind of services you guys have better to do the email communications since 30 days I'm. Suffering with you guys I'm so sorry but very bad service and 30 minutes call waiting time

This is very convenient app, which have all the info from insurance to claim and roadside assistance. Easy was to re-insurance . Also its have loyalty card which give discounts on products.
