Ratings and reviews

DO NOT USE THEM. They are very unprofessional and will only be efficient before your money is collected. They do not deliver on schedule, took my money and wasted my time. They finally called me to make it seem like my fault saying I was supposed to pay a 1000 AED deposit. A fee that was never mentioned and was not on the invoice I was sent. Instead of taking responsibility for their very bad service, they were looking for a way to get out of fulfilling the delivery of the car I paid for.

From bad to worse! Rented a car and received a downgraded replacement! the car had a very bad odor for the entire week. despite confirming the return, I was charged a new subscription fee (actually not the first time!). been chasing the refund for a week and no support from customer care whatsoever! seriously, no matter how many chances I give to this platform it never fails to disappoint!

Terrible service so far. No communication regarding my requests during rental. if there is one, no action. Let's see what happens once i return the car.
