Poor performance for an App that's part of a global leader in CCTV... can no longer differentiate between motion and regular recording. Entire time-line shows "red", as if it's all motion. Camera station works fine..showing blue, and red when there's motion. Android and iPhone app both have this issue. Completely unacceptable for a company with millions of dollars in resources. In addition, constantly disconnects with "an unknown error has occurred" on live. Get it together, or become obsolete.

Thanks for your report! This is a temporary bug at the moment and will be addressed in the upcoming 5.42 version of ACS. A temporary workaround would be to set the continuous and event recording to record on different profiles.

I have no complaints. I've been using this app for a few years now. Our office has 15 cameras and I've never had an issue checking on the office via this app. All of my views load fairly quickly.

Alarm company notified me of a possible breach at my facility yesterday. Couldn't log on to the remote camera station to see if it was a break in. All 40 cameras showed the 5 second countdown timer with "unable to connect". Turns out we WERE broken into and lost 225k in product. If I was able to log in and see what was going on the police would have been notified sooner and would have arrived in time. Remote access has been garbage ever since you took your servers down last month.

I'm sorry for the break in.
And yes, due to the cyber attack we were subject for Secure Remote Access was not operational at all and also suffered disturbances some weeks after that.
