GiqaAddim feature: the application connects to your smartphone's health application (such as Health Connect) to read your daily step count. This data is used only to calculate your daily activity and reward you with bonus spins within the GiqaAddim campaign. Step data is not shared with third parties and is used solely for in-app loyalty purposes.

You may use/download "Azercell" application either on your computer/desktop or on your smartphone supporting Android and IOS operation systems.
"Azercell" application is provided for use in 3 languages (Azerbaijani, Russian, English) and the use of mobile application is free of charge.
When downloading the application for the first time, you will be shown a detailed information about user guidelines and step-by-step "User Guide".
You may apply to 24/7 Customer Care offices with any queries and offers. SimSim and Post-Paid line subscribers may call *1111 (the cost of one call for all Azercell subscribers irrespective of duration is 0.10 AZN with VAT inclusive, for subscribers of other local mobile operators the tariff package will be calculated according to off-net call tariffs).

when you are out of internet, buying it through the app is impossible if you don't have the funds already. you have to manually add funds theough a terminal or another person. doing it by azercell app is not possible because top up with cards go to external website and it requires internet. you can give the user free 50 kbit app-only internet that can load payment site, it would be a huge cx upgrade.

Useless UI changes every time. Instead of redesigning the app every two months, do something useful. Changing the app name to "Kabinetim" was the worst decision; everyone searches for "Azercell" to find the app on the phone. Now that you have made a great decision to name it "Kabinetim," it just makes it inconvenient.

I was logged out after the new update. Then couldn't set a new password no matter how many times I tried. It keeps telling new password doesn't match new password policy. The policy is "password should be at least 6 characters long and include letters and numbers". You either need to be more specific or fix bugs in your app.
