Given the option to put my paycheck into the app immediately and upon doing do, I was completely incapable of scanning my ID in the app. Seems like the in-app reviews of the support section were heavily against them. Thus, the Google Play Store reviews might be false. I still haven't gotten my money back. App seemed like an extremely roundabout way to gain access to information and finances.

Full of bugs & very deceiving. Almost rapidly after filling out my information it took $9 just to show me what I had available at my disposal in the app. I didn't like it so I attempted to close my account. it said "something went wrong" error message at every attempt. I tried to chat with an agent and every single attempt to create a chat it would log me out. Did so 11 times both on and off wifi. Still attempting to remove all of my information from this app. Would not recommend.

When setting up my account, my payroll provider showed as being ADP for the company that I work for. That is not correct and I was anuable to change it. The only option was to send a paper form to my HR team to finish the set up. That was too much of a hassle and did not want to move forward. I started a support chat to explain the situation and close the account. All of this in less than 10 min. and they charged my debit card for the monthly fee and refuse to refund it. I don't recommend!
