never again!! two weeks ago they couldn't find my deposit, and it wasn't until after 9 pm they "found" it.. and it just happened again. I do NOT recommend it. I decided to move to another banking app. very limited support help at all. Very disappointing..(in the beginning I always got it on time and now lately they've been a day or two late..so if you expect it on a Wed.. it'll be in on Friday..) NOT worth it at all. just don't. And I don't normally post this kind of stuff at all.

Awful, I placed an order from walmart, usually when you do it holds a "temporary" charge, which is fine. With B9 they take the temporary charge and the final charge, so I have over $500 gone out of my account, it takes 30+ days for the temporary charge to be refunded which is absolutely ridiculous. I tried adding my external card, it doesn't let me add it, the identity confirmation doesn't freakin work, can't change my address, their chats never move pass "connected to agent". Not user friendly

Extremely predatory app. Do not use it! They will not allow you to close your account. Says they will but then they just keep telling you they are still setting it up and will not close it. No options to opt out of their monthly subscription fees either. And when you try to search the FAQ about any of these topics, none of the links to the information open up. Forcing you to leave your account open and having to pay them. Massively Illegal!
