I literally can't even log in. The app sends me a 6 digit confirmation code via text, and every time I enter it I receive the message, "The code is either invalid or no longer valid." It doesn't matter how quickly or how many times I enter, the code will not work. When I select resend code, it says, "Unknown error." I can't apply for an advance if I can't even log in.

Extremely predatory app. Do not use it! They will not allow you to close your account. Says they will but then they just keep telling you they are still setting it up and will not close it. No options to opt out of their monthly subscription fees either. And when you try to search the FAQ about any of these topics, none of the links to the information open up. Forcing you to leave your account open and having to pay them. Massively Illegal!

The fees are ridiculous. It is more of a disservice than it is helpful. Don't plan on saving extra money using this app. Its terrible. you have to pay ridiculous monthly fees to even qualify for a loan. take it from me and save yourself the trouble. I regret ever signing up. when you cancel the account they still deduct from your check. I hope I have saved you a headache with this review.
