Ratings and reviews

I am unable to access my linked bank account. When I tried the customer service option, it kept refreshing every 2-3 minutes, leaving me hanging, having me input my information again each time, only to push me out. Then I called the helpline, but the call disconnected before I could go through all the options, charging me 2Tk/min. The whole ordeal has been extremely annoying, Inefficient and disappointing.

I paid a bill but it's still in a pending stage. It's been 3 days. I complained through mail 2 days ago still didn't got reply. I couldn't get any message from live chat after trying again and again. I had to call through phone. They said I have already submitted a complain through live chat where i couldn't get even a reply. after picking they make me wait too much. call centre wasn't profesonal at all. They don't know anything. just said what she wanted and remained silent. poor service

Lately I can see the app UI seems to be very slow and laggy. Specially in moderately older devices. Please remove unnecessary animations (specially in home page). Or at least give user option to turn them off. I know there's been a lot new features in the app that might also contribute to this degraded performance. Please work on the optimization as well.
