Ratings and reviews

I am unable to access my linked bank account. When I tried the customer service option, it kept refreshing every 2-3 minutes, leaving me hanging, having me input my information again each time, only to push me out. Then I called the helpline, but the call disconnected before I could go through all the options, charging me 2Tk/min. The whole ordeal has been extremely annoying, Inefficient and disappointing.

I cannot enter the verification code. After I enter my number for logging in, it sends me a verification code perfectly. But then I can't insert the verification code in the app. The keyboard for inserting the verification code doesn’t come up, no matter where I click on the app. It's frustrating. P:S: My registered SIM is in slot 1, and I have given every possible permission. My device is Xiaomi Note 7 Pro. I have sent the details, with screenshot to bKash support, but they stopped responding.

trust me it's the most useful app I have ever seen but the reason for giving it 2 stars is actually I want to open a student bkash account.so I installed it and am going to register with my phone number but when I take a picture of my birth certificate they said "sorry we can't process your data." but I take a clear picture of its . I tried for 1 week but I still can't. so this type of problem makes me disappointed ☹️. U should fix 🙏
