Worst customer experience I've ever had. My order was cancelled, my account was blacklisted without a proper explanation, and my payment is still stuck. This is completely unacceptable. I need my money back or a proper resolution immediately.

Worst customer service i have ever had. i have to pay 4 of my installments worth over 10K and still customer service is not taking it seriously. like it is a problem for them i am happy i will pay whenever my problem is solved but they don't even want to get paid. nice job baadmay and please do not reply with a message we apologise you dont apologies just awful customer service i messaged them on WhatsApp and i swear they reply you like after 3 4 day and if they don't want to reply they don't.
