I really like the app and the overall experience. One suggestion that could make it even better is to introduce a membership card for eligible users. This would allow customers to use the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) facility directly at physical stores instead of being limited to online purchases. It would make the service much more convenient, increase customer satisfaction, and encourage more people to use the platform regularly. I hope the product team considers adding this feature in a future.

Worst customer experience I've ever had. My order was cancelled, my account was blacklisted without a proper explanation, and my payment is still stuck. This is completely unacceptable. I need my money back or a proper resolution immediately.

Just one question: do you really think someone who already has a credit card would willingly pay 120% annualized interest? I calculated the actual cost and immediately uninstalled the app. The charges are simply not worth it. Very disappointing.
