About this app

TELUS Health MyCare™ lets you easily see a Healthcare Provider right from your phone.

Video Consultations: Book an appointment with the Doctor, Counsellor or Dietitian of your choice (provincial restrictions apply) and have a video consultation from the comfort of your home or wherever works best for you. If needed, prescriptions and referrals for diagnostic tests/specialists can be provided.

Easily access your TELUS Health MyCare consultation notes and additional appointment details through the Care Hub whenever you need them and get your prescription delivered directly through the app.

Appointments are scheduled in English by default unless you are in Quebec where appointments can be either in French or English. If you would like to schedule an appointment in a different language, contact our Support Team.

Symptom Checker: Get more peace of mind 24/7 with our chat-style Symptom Checker, powered by Artificial Intelligence, which asks you questions about your symptoms to suggest possible courses of action.

Healthcheck: Learn more about your health in just 15 minutes. Our free digital assessment tool gives you a picture of your current health and suggests lifestyle changes for healthier living.

Monitor: Connect your existing health apps and set medication reminders to manage your health in one place.

We take data security and privacy extremely seriously. All of TELUS Health MyCare’s clinical procedures meet industry and legal standards. We retain patient records in accordance with national best practice guidelines and all patient data is securely transmitted using industry-recognized encryption methods.

The app is available in English and French. If you wish to change the language of the app without changing your smartphone language, please follow the instructions below.

For Android 13 or later OS
To change the language of your app, go to your phone Settings, search for Languages and input, tap App languages then TELUS Health and select the language of your choice.

For Android 12 or lower OS
For these versions, the app language is dependent on the phone language. If you want to change the language of the application, please change the language of your phone in the general settings of your device.

Initially the experience was amazing. Doctor I worked with was incredible and really helped me. I'm not sure what's happened in the last 3 or 4 months, but there's never any availability even more than 2 months out. If your database has nothing for availability, just explain there isn't instead of allowing the user to spend 5 mins checking every single day on the calendar. Complete waste of time at this point.

Trying to book a virtual care appointment and it's user unfriendly designed requiring you to tap on each day of the week, one day at a time, then swipe to the next week. Repeat tap on each day. There's no spots for at least 2 months, so either scheduling is overloaded or not working. Just show the full month and highlight days with or without space, it's a simple feature that time management apps can do. Second, give an option to wait list cancelations or set up notifications.

Frustrating--cannot export information from the app to my computer. Cannot even select text to paste into an email. So all the complex notes provided by the doctor are on my phone and only on my phone. I could do screenshots of the phone screen, but that's slow, and of course, the text in the resulting images is not searchable. Transcribing by hand is slow and error-prone. Please implement a way to get our health information off our phones!
