Who can use the app:

EyeOnWater is available to customers of supported utilities. Enter your zip code after downloading the app to see if your water utility is supported.

Water usage information is provided by your utility through BEACON Customer Engagement, a service provided by Badger Meter, Inc. If your water utility is not listed in the app and you would like to see them added, contact customer service at your water utility.

Ratings and reviews

This app is good, but it won't send you a notification if you have a leak. I had a leak for a month and never knew because I don't tend to check the app regularly. It seems like a notification system would be an easy feature to add. Edit to add: Apparently notifications DO exist. But you have to sign up for them on the website. You cannot do it from the app. Learn from my mistake!

great, However, it doesn't save the days of "leaks detected" on the calendar. it only show the red dots when there is currently a leak.. and when leak stops, all history of all leaks are then removed from calendar. please keep leaks saved in calendar always

This review was a 5 star, not now. I can't retrieve my password, it won't send the reset. App wasn't showing any info for months, cleared cache and now I'm stuck at logon screen.
