I've only been using the app for about a week. So far I have lost three videos that would have been long enough to submit but were lost instead. I've double checked the app permissions to make sure the screen stays open and doesn't turn off during recording because it's really quite frustrating to think I have an hour+ long video to submit and then find out the video cut off somewhere during filing and now I have nothing... I'll update my review once I get to actually cash out etc later...

I haven't been able to cash out since I started almost a month ago now. You cant cash out until you've earned $100 which I have but 3 recordings have been stuck uploading for weeks. I've contacted their support team and all they keep saying is that they'll escalate the issue. They have you buy the headset to start and supposedly will reimburse you if you start recording immediately. That's also a lie. Lastly, they're lowering the pay. Not worth it.

I don't really like the new update but the company that hired me is wonderful. I have had no issues with my pay so the app is doing it job but I don't like that I can not read my reviews anymore it now has lines for quality and tasks but no one explained what any of it means. I like knowing so I know what to work on. And people complaining about pay decrease it depends on what company you work. I was offered 3 different amounts and I went with the company paying the most.
