The stupidiest app i ever seen for airlines. 10min i was trying to find how to find and book flight ticket... didn't succeed, found things like promotions, store and useless partneship addverts but primary thing to book a flight... could not. Additional thing like the app is overcrowded and slow as hell doesn't help either.

if you miss one detail you can't go back to prior screen, have to cancel 'the flow' and start over completely. then wait for your request in queue to access server. 1 booking taking over 5 attempts to do. i hope they didn't pay someone for developing this app

I'm only giving this 2 stars instead of 1 star because 1 star is reserved for Thai Airways app, which not surprising, is worst. What is the point of having a mobile app if you redirect your customer to sabre mobile web to manage booking (and the mobile web wasn't optimized for mobile, with error code as well). Seriously, get a competent team of developers and UI/UX people.
