Ratings and reviews

I hate the updates. You can't see everything at a glance, having to swipe or scroll. You have to click on each transaction to see what they are, because when you scroll the list, a bunch of numbers is all that's are visible. Also, what is with the incessant "error updating" issues? I should be able to access my banking issues immediately, pretty much always.

Can't even login using banking credentials. Thinking it had to do with not having logged into the app yet, i hit "first time login" which puts a little green android dude in the top left corner. And a black screen. Going to close the app you can see it, like so much of my First experience was a failure to load. If this was for my business, i'd move the account. First was a hassle before they decided to change stuff and become a poor performing hassle.

I DO NOT like this new app. The security feature makes me feel uneasy. I don't feel very secure at all, just having a 4 digit code. I'd much rather have to enter a password. That would make me feel more secure. I also don't like that I have to enter the 4 digit code repeatedly when I switch screens, such as the calculator or phone when trying to pay bills. This app is definitely not improved in my opinion and I'm super disappointed with the bank that I've trusted for 30+ years. Terrible!
