Can't even login using banking credentials. Thinking it had to do with not having logged into the app yet, i hit "first time login" which puts a little green android dude in the top left corner. And a black screen. Going to close the app you can see it, like so much of my First experience was a failure to load. If this was for my business, i'd move the account. First was a hassle before they decided to change stuff and become a poor performing hassle.

When you setup automatic transfers for mortgage payments, the UI is misleading. Setup will show your due date, and you think it will be deducted on the 1st, but it defaults to 'as soon as possible ' which is immediately. This website is new! Terrible user design that resulted in my mortgage pymt being deducted a month early. Want to talk to someone about feedback? No, they'll just send you a form letter. Poor mortgage servicer.

Nothing but problems since they updated. The new app won't let me log in even though I'm using the correct credentials. I can log in on the site (but even that they had to have me call tech support to fix an error with my account/pin and the new site), but can't log in with the same credentials on the app. When I try to change my password it gives me an error message. I can't deposits checks, transfer money, or do anything at all and there's nothing I can do to fix it.
