The app doesn't seem to be consistent. Lately there's problems with using it. Alone with contacting customer service. It's becoming annoying. Received email after the service had resumed. Now it's down again. Not happy with service.

I have been with LSCU for 15 ➕️ years, and I've never had any issues. I love the fact that they will report a transaction as possible fraud and message you to be sure it's you. Also, if I have had an issue with unauthorized transactions they don't give you the run around. They handle all issues accordingly. Maggie at the Greenville Branch and all her staff are amazing.
