Ratings and reviews

New app is awful. It freezes and does not update when new transactions occur. This does not allow me to get up-to-date balances on my accounts. New app also makes it impossible to log in using website to check your accounts that way. Update: No improvements. I email bank, and magically, the app will update a few hours later. Still super inconvenient.

The turn card on off feature does not work... So if you misplaced your card and you use this feature it will only give you a false sense of security not actually stop any purchases from going through. Don't believe me. Lock your card then go use it.

BRING BACK THE RUNNING BALANCE FOR TRANSACTIONS!!!! At this point you have to do things the old school way and run a paper ledger just to see where you're at. The old app was much simpler.
