Build, remix, and shape your mindset with customizable Brainwave Entrainment Stacks. NeuralStack.io is designed for people who want more than fixed audio tracks. Instead of locking you into pre-made sessions, NeuralStack.io gives you flexible tools to create and refine Stacks composed of multi-stage Stack Elements—so you can shape your ideal mindset for any situation. Start with the included Explore Stacks, or create your own by combining multi-stage brainwave entrainment, guided breathing, and other sound elements into a single, integrated Stack.

A Stack is a composition of elements including Guided Breathing, Pure Sine Waves, Brainwave Entrainment, Ambience, Nature Sounds, Personal Audio Files, and Noise. Each element is assigned a program consisting of one or more stages. Programs can be remixed and combined to create custom multi-stage programs with ratio-based stage durations that adapt to any Stack duration. Tone-based Brainwave Entrainment and Pure Sine Wave Elements include the ability to create custom stages using specific frequencies.

Create and Customize Stacks
* Build fully customizable Stacks by combining tones, breathing, ambience, and personal audio.
* Remix the included Explore Stacks or create your own from scratch.
* Add or remove elements, adjust duration and volume balance, and fine-tune structure.

Guided Breathing, Integrated
* Enhance sessions with guided breathing built directly into your Stacks.
* Remix the included breathing programs to match your pace and goals.
* Create custom multi-stage breathing programs with adjustable tempo and visuals.
* Customize breathing guidance phrases to include personal mantras or affirmations.
* Supports fractional breathing patterns, such as Coherent 5.5 second cycles.

Listen alongside other apps:
* Listen while playing audio or video from other apps.
* Set your preference for allowing other apps at the app-level or the stack-level so different Stacks can have different behaviors.

Listen Offline:
* Audio resources are synchronized to the device instead of being streamed, improving efficiency and allowing you to listen while offline.

Create custom brainwave programs for your Stack
* Add or remove stages, fine-tune stage durations.
* Create multi-stage brainwave entrainment programs using beat frequencies from 0.5–100 Hz.
* Specify fractional frequencies with 2-decimal precision.
* Choose carrier frequencies from 100–1000 Hz with automatic power equalization.
* Choose from 4 different Tone Modes: Binaural, Monaural, Isochronic, or phase-synchronized Binaural + Isochronic modes.

Advanced Global Settings
* Use the app's Global Settings to modify tone characteristics, such as cycles-per-pulse and gain to sharpen or soften isochronic and monaural modulation.

Stack Playlists
* Organize your creations into playlists to support your daily routine.
* Create sequences of Stacks that use different Tone Modes to target specific frequencies with different tone modulations.

Ambience and Nature Sounds
* Layer dynamic ambience and nature sounds.
* Remix programs, combining them to create multi-stage ambient and nature programs, and reuse them across different Stacks.

Solfeggio and Schumann Frequencies
* Includes single and multi-stage entrainment programs utilizing Solfeggio carrier frequencies and Schumann resonant beat frequencies.

Noise
* Layer a noise element into your stack for sound masking.

Pure Sine Waves
* Create pure sine waves from 100 to 1000 Hz with automatic power equalization and 2-decimal precision.
* Remix and combine programs to create multi-stage Solfeggio progressions.

Custom Audio Programs
* Import and integrate personal audio files, such as affirmations or mantras into your Stacks.
* Note: This feature is only intended for personal audio files, such as those recorded with voice recording apps, and cannot access copy-protected audio or audio from streaming services.
