I like having the convenience of an app on my phone in order to keep track of everyone's phone bill make sure they stay paid and everybody's phone stays on I have had technical issues an error messages on three different occasions when trying to place an order and did not receive the promotion due to the technical problems online and have to go into the store.

the app is not user friendly at all .. in fact, it even tries to screw ya up, so you have to pay at the store where they charge you more than if you pay in the app....

Ripped off. Ordered online told plan was $35. Charged me 60 for 15gb data. When unlimited plan is only $50??? Asked about it told me they could not fix it??
