Really difficult to navigate the app to find order details. Missing item from my order, tried chat which it says responds in minutes, ended up closing after 30 minutes of no response or update when someone would answer. Email on a previous issue took too long to answer. The timeline for shipping boxes doesn't align with the holiday themed add-ons. Overall, not likely to continue this subscription when my current run ends.

I've been ordering Barkboxes for over a year now, and sometimes they are worth it, but a lot of times, the order never gets delivered, the box gets returned to sender, or my box gets delivered but its missing the extra toys Ive ordered. You have to seriously stay on it to make sure all your stuff is actually getting delivered because they dont check before sending the boxes out. For how expensive the toys and treats are, you'd think the services would be better..

I enjoy the toys and the treats, as does my pup. I find the customer service to be lackluster. Money is taken at the start of the month, boxes aren't received until the end of the month. This has lead to my add-ons being processed as add-ons for the wrong month, leading the the deletion of an order. The app is okay, I don't like how when you go back from viewing a toy it takes you to the main screen and not where you were scrolling. Not sure if I would sign up for a subscription again.
