Ratings and reviews

Really difficult to navigate the app to find order details. Missing item from my order, tried chat which it says responds in minutes, ended up closing after 30 minutes of no response or update when someone would answer. Email on a previous issue took too long to answer. The timeline for shipping boxes doesn't align with the holiday themed add-ons. Overall, not likely to continue this subscription when my current run ends.

Does not work. Hasn't worked for months, not on my phone or my husband's. Very frustrating and now we can't make changes to the order, like we learned our girl is allergic to chicken, and would like to get non-chicken treats. We also haven't received the extra toy for the 1st year as promised when we signed up aside from the 1st month. Instead just extra treat. She can't eat them all!

I enjoy the toys and the treats, as does my pup. I find the customer service to be lackluster. Money is taken at the start of the month, boxes aren't received until the end of the month. This has lead to my add-ons being processed as add-ons for the wrong month, leading the the deletion of an order. The app is okay, I don't like how when you go back from viewing a toy it takes you to the main screen and not where you were scrolling. Not sure if I would sign up for a subscription again.
