The calculations are based on real scientific models (Van't Hoff, fermentation curves, flour parameters) to give you reliable results. Enter a few details and the app does the rest: flour, water, salt, yeast — plus a complete timeline with real clock times.

Choose your pizza type, enter weight, number of dough balls, hydration and room temperature. The app calculates the doses and gives you a step-by-step timeline with real clock times, based on when you start.

The calculation engine uses Van't Hoff's law (Q10=2) for temperature corrections, exponential and logarithmic curves for yeast dosing, and accounts for flour W value, ash content and pizza type (round or pan).
