Ratings and reviews

Dear Team, please be informed that the app is crashing a lot, also it takes a lot of time to load each page. my app is regularly updated. However, after last 2 updates there is too much lag and crash of app. Also, even using correct password, not able to login. Have to change password every time. Also, keeps on logging out of the application. Truecheck is also issue. After submitting Truecheck as per guidelines, still gets rejected and have to do same process again. Request to please fix it.

What a terrible app. Been trying to login since 2 days to generate a report for my client. Takes forever to load. Takes forever to send and otp to login and by the time you enter it, it's not valid. And your stuck in this endless loop. Great job developers. Looks like you guys are working backwards.

I'm using this app from the time when it's launched at the beginning it was good but now it became a headache. everytime i open the app it needs login and everytime i login still some time it shows unauthenticated.Once this issue started i feels that may be it's an issue with my phone i was using IOS i bought a new phone just because of this issue 😂 Now i realised it's an issue with the app not with the phone i just buy a new phone for nothing. Please fix it at your earliest convenience.
