About this app

Pharmacy Administration Pass is an unofficial learning app for smartphones to learn the basics of pharmacy administration and prescription billing. It covers six areas: medical insurance system, prescriptions, prescription fees, drug management, claims billing, and regulations/safety management, with 600 practice questions. No login or account creation is required. You can progress at your own pace, one question at a time, during commutes, school breaks, or other free time.

The included questions are organized into six areas: medical insurance system (99 questions), prescription basics (83 questions), prescription fees (107 questions), drug management (81 questions), claims billing (117 questions), and regulations/safety management (113 questions). You can review a wide range of basic pharmacy administration terminology and procedures, including information verification at reception, prescription details, display of points and drug costs, pre- and post-billing checks, and record-keeping and handling of personal information.

After answering each question, you can check the correct answer and key points. The premium version provides detailed explanations and reasoning for each of the four answer choices. This system allows you to review not only terminology but also organize information confirmed during reception and billing, as well as situations where you need to connect with pharmacists or supervisors. You can also check the reasons for incorrect answers for each option, allowing you to compare similar terms and differences in responses.

Learning methods include subject-specific learning, general learning, prioritizing incorrect answers, and focusing on difficult problems. It also supports short exercises of 10 or 20 questions, allowing you to combine the subjects and number of questions you want to learn. You can prioritize incorrect answers or record difficult questions for later review, tailoring your review to your learning progress. You can review repeatedly.

The 50-question practical exercise, spanning six fields, has a fixed structure: 8 questions on medical insurance, 8 on prescriptions, 12 on dispensing fees, 9 on drug management, 8 on claims processing, and 5 on regulations and safety. It can be used for comprehensive review after studying each field. After completing the exercise, you can check the number of correct answers, the number of questions, and the correct answer rate, and return to the explanations for the questions you answered to review.


The learning progress screen allows you to check the number of questions studied today, your correct answer rate by subject, and your consecutive study days. It's easy to return to incorrect answers or areas you struggle with, allowing you to continue learning and reviewing even in short bursts of time. You can choose from standard, large, and extra-large font sizes. Your learning history is saved on your device.

The free version allows you to use some questions in each subject, correct/incorrect answer judgment, basic explanations, and learning progress. You can optionally watch videos from the question settings, and if you earn rewards, you can add up to 5 questions at a time, and up to 3 questions per day across the entire app. Added questions can be used continuously. Even without watching videos, you can use the free learning features. The Premium Plan is a one-time purchase, not a monthly subscription. It includes all 600 questions, detailed explanations, answer-option explanations, practice questions, 50 practice questions, and ad-free viewing. After purchase, you can restore your purchase status from the settings screen.

The questions and explanations in this app are compiled as learning materials based on past exam trends and publicly available system information. This app is not provided, endorsed, supervised, or affiliated with any specific examination body, pharmacist association, medical institution, pharmacy, or government agency. It does not include official questions, past questions, official textbooks, official diagrams, or official logos.
