Caregiving Administration Pass is an unofficial learning app for smartphones that allows you to learn the basics of caregiving administration and caregiving fee billing. It covers common stumbling blocks in caregiving administration, from the long-term care insurance system, service types, benefit management, caregiving fees, caregiving benefit statements, preventing claim rejections, and personal information management, through 600 practice questions. No login or account creation is required.

The included questions cover six areas: 90 questions on the long-term care insurance system/insurer/insured person, 110 questions on caregiving service types/benefit management, 140 questions on the basics of caregiving fee calculation, 110 questions on home/facility/community-based services, 90 questions on claims/billing administration, and 60 questions on practical caregiving administration/personal information/security management. You can choose the area you want to learn and work through it at your own pace, from short practice sessions to full practice.

In caregiving administration, it's crucial to correctly distinguish between similar terms such as insurer and insured person, care needs assessment, home/facility/community-based services, categorized benefit limits, additions/deductions, service codes, and claims billing. Through practice exercises, you can systematically confirm the relationship between terminology and work tasks.

The practical exercises consist of 50 questions with a fixed distribution from 6 areas. This is not a reproduction of the actual certification exam, but rather an exercise designed to comprehensively confirm your basic understanding of caregiving administration. After completion, you can check the number of correct answers, the number of questions, and the correct answer rate, and return to the explanations for the questions you answered to review.

For each question, you can check whether your answer was correct or incorrect and the key points after answering. The premium version includes detailed explanations that explain background knowledge and points to check, as well as the reasons for each of the four answer choices. Instead of simply memorizing the correct answer, you can deepen your understanding by organizing similar systems and terminology differences, and the reasons for incorrect answers.

Incorrectly answered questions are recorded in your learning history on your device, allowing you to prioritize reviewing those incorrect answers. The analysis screen allows you to check your correct answer rate and learning progress by area. You can identify areas you struggle with and use that to create a learning and review cycle. The system also supports settings for consecutive learning days, font size, learning areas, and explanation display.
