Login is difficult, harder than it needs to be. It takes 3 or 4 SMS messages to copy and paste the 6 digit code to log in. The fingerprint authentication does not work because you have to login before you can use it, which is a ridiculous catch-22 situation. The user interface is not clear, requiring jumping around between levels of menus. Using this Health management app is not good for my health.

I always found BCBS RI's web site "good enough" but not especially intuitive; the app is about the same but IS at least optimized for mobile. Like the web site, some random pages just don't ever load, while the rest are fine. I'd like better/easier info on how to use my medical benefits for a specific need - in lay terms, and in the places in the app that I need them in flow.

Despite fingerprint working, also requires password and two step authentication. Navigation is now difficult. Must wade through all kinds of rewards and who knows what just to find my claims and how much of my deductible I have used. Old app was easy to understand and navigate. This gets my blood pressure up which does not help my health.
